Please join Amelia Waiz on site at Darts Hill Garden as she paints select specimens, in situ, throughout the garden.
Observe her process; she is happy to answer any questions you may have. Amelia grew up in Surrey, BC surrounded by abundant natural beauty. She received a BA in Psychology from UBC, followed by an MA in Writing from the University of Warwick in the UK.
One of the greatest joys of her life is creating art inspired by nature. Her artwork has been featured in several exhibitions and publications, and she enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for art through children’s workshops. She is also a freelance writer.
