Darts Hill Artist in Residence May 2021 Scarlet Black
Scarlet Black is an artist photographer based in Surrey, BC. She is known for her garden and flower photography, event and fine art photos. She is currently working on a Photo Book: “The Rhododendrons of Darts Hill.” This book will include a series of pictures inspired by the unique rhododendrons at Darts Hill and their botanical characteristics.
